Here is Estonian, Latvian and Lithuanian leagues + baltic league. Estonian patch got 12 leagues in 5 levels, added 3000+ real person, added city's and put cordinates to all of them, added stadiums and also cordinates. Awards to all leagues. Latvian and Lithuanian patches are basic, made those just to have fair competition in Baltic League.
